Rain

When........

Miniature raindrops come

With the sweet rhythm

To touch the frustrated earth with

Sweltering heat by the scorching summer

I always wait for that enthralling sight

The cold breeze drag me to the window

To enjoy the dancing of curtains..........

Unleashed wind touches me and hugs me

And satiate my long-awaited quench...

When............

The sweet fragrance comes from the earth

I relish every bit with contentment

The lightning glimmers in the blue sky

Again the dancing of raindrops

Snatch my scattered attention to them

Their mingling with the water is captivating

As they tell me you ll mingle one day

With the soul of almighty

I get bewitched in the solitude

No crowd, no rush.....

Only silence, sweet rhythm, lightning

How one could stop to subside the pain

Really rain, you are beyond narration

A healer of anguish and affliction.
