Life is a race

If you don't run fast,

You'll just be fine.

You'll fail and fly,

And laugh and cry,

And run and doubt

Absolutely anything and everything.

But just remember,

No one knows 

What they are doing on this planet. 

Life is a race

But only in our heads. 

Your worth will never be determined 

By how fast you run 

Or how quickly you reach the top, 

For your destination is never 

The same as anyone else's. 

Your worth will not be measured

By the money you make,

But by the hearts you touch

And the legacies you leave behind.
