Piggy Bank A Way of Saving

Children are given a piggy bank to save,

And seriously they do, forming a habit,

For that is where it starts, the banking habit.

What they do with their saved amount?

No one knows, for they are secretive,

You ask them they avoid answering,

For it is their hard-earned money, collected,

By their efforts, asking as children do,

Everyone they meet out comes the child,

Uncle, they say with innocence, showing,

Their piggy bank, contribute, please.

Any amount will do they say, no limit, they

Watch you, as you try to push a tenner, in

The slit of the piggy bank, they thank you.

Through this period, a subconscious habit

Of saving, is taking roots in his mind.

Every household with children, seeing the

Present scenario of coronavirus,

Are breaking their piggy banks to contribute

Their savings, to feed the starving people.

What a noble thought, what a noble idea,

So the piggy bank sows, seeds of saving.

It also sows the seeds of nobility, of charity.

So the piggy bank is a noble way of saving;

Every child should befriend a piggy bank.
