Winter the last season of the year,

Some times makes you uncomfortable;

Some times it's full of cheer,

Whatever the climate, the season is inevitable.

for those living in the warmth of home,

Hot food hot drinks, curl up your feet,

For them winter is always welcome,

And hell for those who live on street.

Winter a pleasant experience of going on dates

Winter a pleasant experience of sitting

Cuddled up all night,

Winter a pleasant experience of drinking

with your mates,

Winter's dew drops falling in the morn

what a lovely sight,

Poets heart turns in to a torrents of words to write,

In cosy comfort of his home;

When winter shadows over take the light,

In his heart, his home winter is always welcome.

Let us welcome winter with an open arm,

 Year end season always welcome

 Enjoying your presence singing, dancing, drinking, to keep ourself warm,

Waiting for that elusive sunlight to come home.
