Happy Halt
Happy Halt
I walked from an empty and barren land
With bruised toes into the lush garden;
Witnessing vivid sprightly smiling flowers,
Made me dance dazzle with them
Forgetting the past,
Healing the dreadful traces of wounds,
Suddenly in a mad ramble,
Got hit by a slender tree
Brimming with young and new leaves...
Flutterbies fluttered in my gut;
Never knew they can hibernate
For a decade... glad they are alive!
I keep going to the tree:
To have fluttering poetic moments;
I run far from the tree:
For jittering sensual moments I feel;
It is just a halt of happiness,
I am a voyager:
Have long distance to cover!
Indeed, one of a kind inspiring lush green;
But immovable by nature...
Indeed, I foresee the departure!
Let me not meddle this joy
With the unknown future...
When the time demands to backpack,
Walk away with a goodbye:
Letting my flutterbies to hibernate again...
