Growing Old

Three, four, five all the years thinking

What fun would it be to grow old!

No rules, no boundaries, no pamper

That's what we had been told.

Years pass, we were excited to be 13!

The adolescent age and we were called teenagers,

Thought it would be so much fun

But we ended up saying my life is such a curse!

Time flew, we were struggling

And people said it was just a trailer

Finding ourselves, fighting with our parents,

Scuffing to choose the right stable career.

The one thing I've learnt throughout these years is,

Enjoy where you are because you don't know what your future holds,

You could be rich enjoying time in leisure,

Or you could be poor struggling for food pleasure.

So as long as you are young,

Play, jump, hop, run

Because growing up is not that much fun!
