People Come And People Go

People come and people go,

Some teach you a lesson though.

You don't worry,

You don't cry.

You just pray,

That the good ones stay.

Life moves on,

Leaving behind what's gone.

You don,t stop,

You don't wait.

For the fake ones will never show,

While those who are true, shall follow.

Years roll by,

Memories gradually die.

You don't linger,

In what looked like home.

If it turned out an address wrong,

Finding the right one might take a little long.

Some people do possess a spark.

They leave on you, a permanent mark.

They make you hold, they make you long,

You remember the old, but sing new song.

For till eternity you may have to wait,

Since some people are not in your fate.
