Not A Single Place
Not A Single Place
Not a single place
Where I can have peace and silence,
Either it's noise or hassle
Or in other terms, riots, and violence.
Flying over the streets,
I see the ruffians shouting;
Amidst fights and abuses,
Many evil sins are sprouting.
On the border of my motherland,
I'm sensing gunfire and terror;
The inhuman bloodshed and murders
Add to my dismay and horror.
Not a single place
Where I can heartily sing,
In the gloom of villainy,
I see black shadows creeping.
Everywhere the paths are stained
Broken streetlights keep beaming again;
Here, corruption is the vicious devil
Honesty and sincerity go in vain.
>
Not a single place
where I can bathe in light,
The needles of inhumanity prick,
And bloodthirsty dogs of cruelty bite.
All I see is darkness,
A home of brutes and misanthropes;
The crestfallen faces of trafficked children
Drown all my buoyant hopes
Screams of the harassed souls,
Tears of the piteous slaves,
With the increasing barbaric people,
I see forests turning in graves.
Not a single place,
Where I can drop a tear,
These black-hearted fiendish minds,
Are unable for me to bear.
Every hope, sucked by violence,
Vanished in darkness, every ray;
In this crowd of heartless people,
I see my dreams shatter away.
