No One To Rescue Me

Who will listen to my cry

Yet the society aren't supportive

Should I say am ignored

Shall I believe am no longer worth

Can't imagine I got no more value 

I wish the clock would turn back

For the community to check the mess

Cause my dream doors are shattered

Who will listen to my voice

And everyone has turn their back for me

Am lonely and scared

My universe is dark and blank

For no one is willing to defend me

They only think of girl child

"Educating a girl is society empowering"

That's all they say

No one will wipe away my tears

Even if I shade blood

No one will rescue me

They say my character is worse

No one will be my saviour

If not the return of Jesus Christ

Am not close to anyone

Cause mistreatment made me fear

And stress of loneliness reward me fever

They complain nowadays am weak

Not knowing it's results of being ignored

Some say it's gender balance

Yet to me they never care

Even if am harassed no one fight for me

"A man stand always firm",

That's what am being told

To girl child support organization are formed

Yet my side am treated as a slave

Indeed, no one will rescue my future
