Nature’s Rejuvenation
Nature’s Rejuvenation

In recent days did we not see?
Mother Nature in full glee!
Were the Gulmohars a brighter red?
Or was it a dream I saw in bed?
But Hark ! I did see…
Laburnums shining like a pot of gold.
I heard the bird songs loud and bold.
The peacocks came a-knocking,
The double rainbow, was the point of talking!
The skies were clear and bright,
Wasn’t it a star-gazer’s delight?
Many rare phenomena were also to be seen,
Does anyone remember, when such has been?
“O! Dear humans, my prayer to thee,
If protected, so glorious I can be,
Why not give me a chance?”
Is Mother Nature’s plea!
“Take a pledge - be my defender,
So I can regain all my splendor!”
