My Lilypad

After school she seemed a bit sad,

I asked her sweetie "What is making you mad?".

I want to know why was she feeling bad, 

Is it about studies, food or any squabble she had.

She said a friend push her a tad,

In return she shouted really bad.

I felt her guilt but was a kind of glad,

To cheer her up I made a yummy salad.

She lives in a world of pretension and fad,

People and emotions are significant in front of iPad.

She still has a soul of a granddad,

Her heart is indeed love and compassion clad
