Abstract Tragedy

My Death Bed

My Death Bed

185

I have never felt, the feeling of dying before

I never could realize the pain that's inside it

But, I'm feeling it all, now, on my death bed.

Everything comes apart,

When you feel the death

The beauty of it slowly engulfs me

And my heart feels higher

Even one minute spent with you

Is so cherished by me

But, now, I'm on my death bed

"Please try to forget me"

"Oh love! You gave me a wonderful life"

I wish I could h

ave given you the same

But, alas, I'm on my death bed.

I miss my family

I wanted to hold them closer

"Oh God, bless me with a little bit more"

I tried to within myself

I smiled in front of Him.

I wish I could hold you tight for the rest of my time

Luck has played a cruel game,

Life betrayed me

I prayed from my heart for a new life

But slowly my soul went far, far away

Where only I, alone, could reach.
