Left Unsaid

I still remember, the first academic session,

Since four years ago.

Tensed and excitement engulfed me,

Still, I entered school.

Usual environment, full of crowd,

I managed to get inside the line

But stopped by an unusual view," Who is he?"

The question puzzled every bit of mine.

With desperate eagerness, I wanted to know

"Who is the guy, standing beside my row?"

With dimple cheeks and a cute smile,

He gave a friendly look.

Also, I could hear an innocent voice.

Slowly the moment fre

ezes.

I was stuck in those dark brown eyes

And the moving lips of his.

The line slowly moved,

We all went to our respective classrooms,

I was still lost.

During the lunch break, we met again.

My heart wanted to express,

I wanted to confess,

And express my feelings.

My heart was beating fast

But just ended with a simple "Hey!!".

He spoke to me.

A loud sound broke the silence and peace,

Destroying the moment

And the words left unsaid.

I woke up from my usual sleep.
