The Unexpected
There they were sitting and smiling as if they were in their own little world
Two girls who knew how to live in the moment
On the opposite side was me who knew nothing about what life exactly is
Me who was just passing each day just for the sake of it
Days passed by just like the wind
Then the unexpected happened
We came face to face and from there what started seemed like a dream to me
I changed
I was excited to get up in the morning and looked forward to the day
With time I started to love my life
I had never thought that I could be able to live in
that little world of theirs where every moment felt special
Life was dynamite
The old me ceased to exist
Sitting by the ocean with the only two people I loved
I realised crying when you feel like crying is okay
Not being okay is okay, because everything will eventually be alright
Until life again interferes in your own little world and you have to come back to reality
You have to leave behind those two angels with whom your life glowed even though it was for a short period of time
I continue to live on just like I used to before the colourful dream of mine
And LIFE GOES ON.
