My Confidante !

My friend I am proud of,

She has a special way to talk,

To solve all your difficult problems, 

In a mature way like a scholar! 

It’s a special gift she has,

Well read and polite she is,

You will never get tired of her talk,

As she easily clears your mental block! 

I have known her as a young bride, 

Those days I too was naive,

Didn’t realise then her special ways,

Understood her, when we spent together our holidays! 

I find her gifted in this regard,

Sophisticated and mature she is, 

We learn a lot just listening to her, 

To spend time with her I prefer! 

She is not fond of showing off or being known,

She quietly does her job, just on her own, 

I didn’t mention her name to remain anonymous, 

She is one big hearted person very magnanimous!
