Moon- Just a symbol of love?

Yes it is every lover's dream

To be someone's moon

But moon doesn't symbolize love only

It doesn't just tickle our amorous instincts

It's an imbued angelic heavenly body 

With so much of attractive power and impeccable beauty

It is complete, calm, charming 

And has mellow and radiant moonlight

As our image is the reflection of mirror

When we look into it

Moon is the reflection of our soul and heart

The spot on it is the reflection of

life lessons we have experienced and learned

It also remind us that 

How much beauty and grace does imperfections hold

That despite of our flaws

We can shine and brightens our life

Oh dear moon

You are so far away

Still I can find you with the blinking of my eyes in star studded sky

You are considered desolate, bleak..

But you always walk with me

Whenever I feel alone in those dark nights

Oh moon, you are such a true companion in my loneliness

Thank you..Thank you for being mine

Even without holding my hands

In every ups and downs.
