We celebrated the Sugarcane industry for many decades

Along with it, a major part of our history from which nobody evades

Impregnated by the arrival of Colonial settlements, slaves....

Today on the 12th of March as we watch our national flag 

We remember 55 years already and nowhere behind do we lag.
