Limitless

Limitless

Deep in the abyss I think of light.

Broken are my wings

But I think of flight.

My hands may be cuffed

But my spirit is free!

You may stamp me down

But I shall bounce back with glee.

You may tie me up as a slave.

But still I will glide freely to the grave.

I am not a servant of your circumstance.

I would not beg you for a second chance.

I am beyond this body.

I am beyond this mind.

But of course you won't get it.

You are not of my kind.

So don't show me my boundaries.

For I have none.

The stars, moons, suns, sky and I

Are one!

I am limitless!
