Last Few Days

Plenty has occurred in the last few days,

The piece of me constantly liked to be in a certain way,

Tried to Avoid the toxic climate,

Pretend not to care

Only to find me in the evil gaze, 

There are endless worries,

You tackle one matter to face many,

The permanent battle to find joy,

Shouting towards the sky, 

The fascinating life testing our wings,

Barely realizing we need the wind,

After lengthy dawn,

Frequently yearning to scream, 

Lot has happened in the last few days, 

Consenting the rain to bury the sadness, 

Daylight peeling the skin off,

You anticipate things to be in the right path, 

Often surprise waiting to destroy your peace,

Echoing in my head the last few days, 

People I needed were not here,

Loneliness was the only friend,

There wasn't any shoulder to clench,

Plenty has happened in the last few days,

There was sunshine before clouds,

Peaceful before the storm,

It hurts the most to face it all alone,

The smile faded, Tears dried,

Patiently waiting for the heart to beat,

Breathing is difficult when you rebuild,

The fate kept us alive,

But Infected lungs never heal
