Let the birds fly!

On a fine afternoon,

Passing through the zoo,

I saw some pretty birds,

Who were continuously flapping their wings.

Alas! They were locked in cage,

I looked into their eyes,

They were so appealing,

I thought they were definitely,

Trying to tell me something.

Their innocent eyes said to me,

That they desperately wanted to be free,

In every way they could be,

They wanted to touch the skies,

They wanted to touch the clouds,

And fly at the highest heights!!!
