Journey to Heaven

When I came on the junction

I was told that the train was going to heaven

I was shocked and excited

And my brain couldn't function. 

We reached our destination 

As fast as sound

The wonderful heaven

With flowers it was bound. 

There were palaces

That were shining with stars 

Anyone could go inside 

For there were no bars. 

The gods sat on flowers

With petals made of diamonds. 

Watching the world from above

And controlling it with their powers. 

I could see the beauties 

Of heaven dancing around

With blissfulness in their smile

And singing a sweet sound.

Amidst the stars of heaven

I saw many persons whom 

I desired to meet. 

I stood up with great honour to greet. 

There is no place like heaven

Wonderful and amazing. 

While going away from there I bow

For my eyes were filled with awe. 

If this imagination was on the earth

There would be peace and splendour

And lives filled with prosperity

With no sign of inferiority.
