We were there , looking at you

You were sleeping, not knowing we were there for you.

Your sweet sleep is what made everyone cry,

Because for us your sleep was a lie.

Your friends cried, but you were still sleeping,

They wanted you, so they kept weeping.

Your parents kept staring at your face,

They didn’t know how to handle this phase.

Silently you left, not even saying a goodbye.

Where are you my friend, please reply.

We know we can’t hold you forever,

But you will be with us like a brother.

Where ever you are, be happy my friend,

The angels are smiling, coz they have a new friend.

Leaving us here , you went all alone.

Don’t worry, we’ll join you once we are done .
