Why Can't You Be Mine!

I don't know what it is,

And I know you are his,

It's just my foolish mind,

Which acts as if blind.

I hope if you were in my arms,

But I know its just a dream.

I just wanna hold your hands,

And walk over the beach sands,

When the sun goes down,

We'll talk and explore the town.

Those beautiful looking eyes, 

It's mesmerising like the night skies,

I would look into them without fright,

For all those coming nights.

It's your sweet voice for which I crave,

That voice which made me your slave,

Without which I would die,

But still you can't be mine.

Why can't I be the one?

The one you love.

So that we can live together,
