The green leaves turned red, the days got shorter,

Autumn had arrived and the wind was its supporter.

Everything was well until one night,

When the moon was to turn full and bright.

The stars wondered what had happened

And were inquisitive on having a new friend!

"Any guesses who's that friend?" hosted the Moon,

His favorite star replied, "A chatter box to be born soon!"

The leaves rustled, the water burbled,

The birds were asleep and the night was purple.

It was three quarters past eleven

And blessings were showered from heaven,

Suddenly the star exclaimed, "It's a cute baby girl!

As beautiful as a pearl with her hairs curled!"

This beautiful girl's none other than me,

Who this year has turned thirteen!
