Is This Passion?

The strongest feeling which binds us together,

Inspires us not to falter,

Even though, how adverse is the weather,

Still we stand like a rock, and do not bother.

Pondering on the essence of love,

May focus my attention on a little dove,

Who inspite of the dangers above,

Flies with grain to its abode.

A gardener keeps on toiling day and night,

Not at all repenting on his plight,

But with an intention, to put all his might,

So that his garden may look colourful and bright.

A mother looking after his child,

Sometimes harsh, and sometimes mild,

Even though, the work has piled,

But remembering the little one, she smiled.

The little instances make us realize,

What all we have is a prize,

We should not hurry but be wise,

So that our treasures may not get lost, but rise.

Love is a feeling which is quite intense,

Solacing us when the life is tense,

It is a protection to us just like a fence,

But it remains with only those who can make sense.
