Night And Dawn
Night And Dawn
The weary traveller looked for shelter,
After, the day which was long and tiresome,
He promised not to falter,
But the upcoming darkness made him numb.
His hard work had borne the fruit of success,
But he just did relent,
The little riches which he did possess,
May not be as much as he dreamt.
The time stopped like stagnant water,
Giving him no respite from fears,
He made a mind, not to alter,
And fight back all his tears.
The night had given him rest,
To think about a new day,
He can only give his best,
If he knows all what he could say.
As the dawn is a symbol of light,
Keeping all the darkness aside,
It may help him to think right,
So that he may not repent on what had died.
The ray of light marks a new beginning,
With new fervour and might,
Even though it had been drizzling,
But the path has been set bright
