Hope

She looked towards him with hopeful eyes

hoping he would say. 

With beating heart she Waited patiently 

hoping it's the day. 

His silence was bothersome but she still

gave him time to form his sentence.

Hoping he would say that he loves her

 leaving all his pretence.

Holding his hand near her beating heart ,

With moist eyes she waits. 

Without realizing its too late , 

there is no end to her wait.

She still tried one last time but for him

to say he loves her was a crime. 

He is promised to someone and she just the

Passion of the moment. 

But she still believed that he would say 

and prove his love today. 

But unfortunately, he kept silent and slowly

she left his hand not waiting for him to say.

If you ask me what happened I would say 

she lost faith in hope that day.
