You Were Never Mine

You were never mine to began with it was me who wanted you. 

You wished never to know me yet like a fool I prayed to only know you. 

Your eyes never looked for me yet my eyes were forever on you. 

You never thought of me while listening your favorite music. 

While I listened music as they reminded me about you. 

You never tried to text me and here I spend nights waiting for your text. 

You wished for a new start while I still read old chapters of me and you. 

You walk with someone else while I lay in my bed just dreaming about you. 

You wrote poems for someone else while I wrote stories about us for you. 

You laugh in someone else's arms while I cry here for you. 

I should have let you go cause I wanted you to be happy. 

But how can I forget that my miserable heart wants you. 

Since you didn't understand I had to stole you for me. 

But one day I am sure you will have love for me. 

Rest well in grave my darling I will soon be with you, you see. 

Than in the beautiful garden of heaven it will be you and me. 

You were never mine but now you're here only for me. 

I made sure that free from this mortal world your soul just belongs to me.
