EAT AND DRINK..TOMORROW WE SHALL DIE

Why don't you look at fruits with delight?

If you say you've no time to exercise, I'll ask you to stop

I know how many times you walk up to the nearest Wine Shop

It's just a matter of 30 minutes a day

And you'll make a difference to yourself, come what may

Your intake of whiskey is higher than water

So you just worry about quarter and quarter

Which of these burns your fat, you think?

It's the later, I can say without a blink

You give place only to Carbohydrates and Fats,

Have proteins become ex-pats?

Add this also to your diet, man

And see the miracle it does to your lifespan

Every food that's packaged glitters, right?

And they do your cravings ignite

Give some place to healthy eating

Coz you can make that too, interesting

We will see another year end soon

And you'll have another resolution the previous afternoon

So, break your habits and change your lifestyle

And then tell me if the new YOU doesn't make you smile
