Guarding Angels
Guarding Angels
Dear Diary George,
She bids him goodbye in the morning,
The fears in her mind continue their haunting,
He goes cheerfully but his heart's core cries,
'Will I receive the equipment supplies?'.
On hearing the noise of the wheels comes a kid running,
The kid sees the cargo and the wheels turning,
And soon they can no longer see his car,
He is dubious whether he would be able to return safely after nine and a half hours.
'I am yours 'says a voice in his ear,
Making all his fears vanish into thin air,
For the welfare of humanity, he starts to pray,
As he asks the nurse to pass the medicine tray.
Doctors and nurses are the second forms of Lord,
Let's value and respect them for they are the world's sword,
Let's all say 'Thank You',
Because the ones who sacrifice their and their family for the world, are a few.
