Game Of Life

The game of life has begun.

Paper aeroplanes flew,

Balls bounced,

Greedy eyes on ice creams were fixed,

Smiles and cries frequently replaced each others,

The smell of the soil after rain,

The fragrance of the flowers in spring,

The paper boats in the pond,

Everything fascinated.

The second stage of life has begun.

All previous interests faded,

The rain still attracted, but now it reminded me of my beloved,

Paper aeroplanes were replaced by the natural beauty of girls,

Instead of balls, now my heart bounced on the sweet voice of girls,

My eyes are fixed on the cute eyeballs of my beloved.

Still everything fascinated, but all fascination came from my beloved.

The third stage of my life has begun.

Everything turned topsy turvy,

The gaiety is replaced by gloominess,

Now nothing attracted, everything repelled,

Each and everything reminded me of the sad moments,

The beloved betrayed,

All businesses failed,

Deprived of job,

The health is no more,

All accumulated big dreams shattered,

Now desires don’t matter.

The fourth stage of life has begun.

All hands and limbs gave in,

Nothing more productive could be done,

The main gate of my house had become my abode,

Wanted to talk to everyone,

But all ignored.

Waiting for the death,

But the death is in no hurry,

Nothing left in life except to sit in a dark room and worry.
