Why My Life Is A Bore?

I opened my eyes,

Windows alighted by the sun rays,

I understood in no time,

It is again the beginning of a boring day.

I yawned, tried to get up,

Stood for a minute and again fed up,

Fell down on the bed to snooze again,

It is all because of my unused brain.

I would always eat, sleep and have fun,

Never wondered one day my life itself would become a pun.

Always thought whatever I was doing was the best,

But now life has failed me in each and every test.

I would always make fun of a toiling man,

I am living the best way I can.

Now I am free and have no job,

Always look at the clock needles to move round the clock.

I would think it is only me who enjoys the best,

Parties, dance have always widened my chest.

Now I have realized the best entertainment is the work,

Being engrossed in the work, boredom never lurks.
