Farewell

You too know, I adored you.

You can put the blames and play those silly games,

I am not upset with you anymore,

Because you are just a kid who never wants to grow.

I write not because it's my passion,

I scribble because I can't say it to you.

No wonder why you took me for granted,

Because you believed, I will always be there for you.

For the feelings expressed,

For the first moves made,

I don't feel any shame.

If you ever decide to come back,

I will still take all the blame.

I lie to you when I say,

I don't care.

Truth is, trust is lost, respect is not there,

But, feelings my friend,

I don't know when they will be gone!

Many times, goodbyes were said,

But never actually meant.

So, this time I won't bid you a farewell,

I would rather wish!

May I stumble across you some day,

And lock you up in my arms,

Then my eyes would say it all,

What words could not narrate.
