Farewell Soldier!

You said to me, "I love you"

But you loved your motherland more.

Our togetherness was young and love still innocent

But soon you left for heavenly abode.

You were gone too soon.

"You will be alone " to me everybody said,

But I will continue on our path,

Even if in your absence a part of me is good for dead.

Fret not soldier! Never in the heavens worry about me!

You continue your Heavenly journey,

For in this world I will keep living for you

And you will live through me.
