Falling In Love With Love (Nov. 15. Theme: Love).
Love is not love which loves to impede love –
Love’s all that conquers, all sweet songs of the dove
“You love me, you love me not”, petals get crushed
Of the forget-me-not tree, all in a manner hushed.
Lovers hold hands and dream to take love to a greater moon,
Ditties of unrequited love are written in many a lazy afternoon.
Love is rekindled by and with warm embraces,
Couples are reunited after years in many instances.
Physical love between adults is short-lived as against filial love –
The latter transcends time and place, when everything’s done.
Parental love, friendship, are eternal, being of permanent nature
Love of passion is effervescent, being transient and immature
Love is love when it binds us in lovely fetters
It goes up in smoke, when unrequited, in carburetors,
Love is heady and love is heavenly –
To be in love is an experience more earthly than godly.
