WOMAN'S PERCEPTION (Week 35 Theme: Men)
WOMAN'S PERCEPTION (Week 35 Theme: Men)
My father was the first man in my life
Baba, whose dreams and ideals I’ve always tried to imbibe -
Had fought hard to grow me up, I recollect his tales of strife
He’d have been the first to cheer me, had he been alive.
God created Adam so that he’d be at par with Eve
Like opposites, they’re attracted to each other and God took leave
Without men, women cannot bring progeny – both have same air to breathe
We fulfil each other, but it’s good to cover our desires under sheath.
But as ways of life are changing and we’ve to adjust,
From a woman’s point of view, I think men must be protectors -it’s a must;
Men and women share spaces – it’s better to acknowledge before life turns to dust
Manliness and machoism aren’t the same, hear those sitting in benches last!
Why should we cater to men, in the family always?
We’ve starved to ensure that menfolk are well-fed for million days
It’s always the men who’d concubines, so history says –
Adventure is associated with men, who conquered several bays.
As we know, behind every successful man, there’s a woman
It holds ground even for the father of atom bomb, thank you Nolan!!
