Earth
Earth
Your groves, plains, and gardens
The lush green arms encompass the mountains.
Home to the rivers, lakes and ponds.
You carry the huge ocean, which seems to slip through my palms!
You are a sparkling globe
Of blue, white and green,
In which we can enjoy a pleasant breeze.
You have got clear skies, sunny days,
And the water which is the elixir of life!
The place where change is constant,
The switching seasons are a beauty undefined.
Each season- a carrier of life.
A whirlwind of colours all which lead back to you.
You give a home to the human body,
And to all of creation.
The structure provided by you is the conduit
Through which the other elements flow.
You are what we all have in common.
You are the cradle of humanity.
Only you can maintain life!
On you, we can take deep cleansing breaths,
And stand on your solid grounds.
You give us everything we need to thrive!
