The Moon

​A mystical orb of 

brilliant white glows

lighting up the endless

dark pool known as the night.

She holds secrets and 

myths left to be explored

is filled with hopping bunnies

or is she overrun with wild daisies.

Silently enchanting the rivers,

gracefully wooing the trees,

smiling at the midnight symphonies and

embracing the dark hours of the young night.

Swallowing sorrows and

watching over the lonely stars.

Capturing all that is in a trance 

so magical and enthralling.

She is a boon,

she makes you swoon

she is none other—than the MOON!
