Devotional Paadam of Womanhood

Trickling along the sea of life, 
Enduring nine months of strife.
A safe refuge in her nurturing paadam,
Life begins its journey from vedam. 

Coping with love's sharp mood swings,
Prevailing over everything to revive her wings.
A safe refuge in her nurturing paadam,
A warm shoulder to lean on in my vishadam. 

Persistent orders of my small flower,
Saraswati in disguise, filling life with a  homely shower.

A blessing in disguise, a divine prasadam.
