Camouflage Mask
Camouflage Mask
I wear a mask
Only my soul can see me as me
Camouflaging me from me
The mask; a wonderful mystery
Black or white; maintains secrecy
There is always a flip sided enigma
Carrying the real and the dark side with charisma
The Good versus Bad, the Demons versus Gods
Behind every happy smiling face lurks a sad grim one
Oh! Transparency; just impossible, unfathomable
I wear a mask
Only my soul can see me as me
Camouflaging me from me
I think and feel that I know myself so well
The thrill to fake it to make it surreal
Hiding feelings, desires, weaknesses
All locked up stampeded, crushed, suppressed
Yes, I know it would smoke out one day as hell
Erupting, spewing, spitting all bare, stark naked
My personality, my soulful soul
I wear a mask
Only my soul can see me as me
Camouflaging me from me eh!
