              Let go!!

Me and myself, often talk to each other.

Then one-day, sunlight came into my life.

My joy had no bounds.

I played, danced, laughed, sang along

And faced all the challenges, smilingly.

With support as a friend, as a partner,

as an advisor…….

Nevertheless, sometimes clouds would come

Distancing us, for a short while

But then, they always cleared

In spite ……….

One-day sunlight said,

“I have to go, let me go to fulfil my dreams.”

My heart sank……

To brighten some other place?

In someone else’s life? But why?

I tried to hold on, in vain

I fretted, grieved, sulked, cried

Only to realise

“Everything and Everyone has to go.”

Let go! Let go! Let go!

Only then

It boomerangs to you!!
