Broken Pieces

It's the day you left me in broken pieces that made me realize your real value in my life.

You are not just a person, you are my whole world.

You left the world and my world left me.

We are still not alone,

We are both dead with different destinies.

The day you promised me forever,

I knew it wasn't going to happen,

But still, I believed in it, making each moment special with you.

Thinking of the world where you would still be beside me makes me feel so fortunate.

But now, nothing makes me happy. 

All those jokes you used to crack, all those happy memories now make me sad.

It reminds me of the fact that you are gone forever. 

My heart aches dear! 

My heart aches- it breaks into pieces.

And unlike before, you aren't here with me to fix those Broken Pieces.
