Breezy Droplets
Breezy Droplets
The Sky was never so pink, she thought
As she looked at it from her windowpane;
Could she be hopeful that her pain will ease
As her bones felt it was about to rain!
The hot cup of coffee, she nursed in her hands
A smile started playing on her dried lips;
Few droplets from above was all it took
To make her run out and feel them on her fingertips!
The sound of rain droplets felt like music to her ears
And she was feeling the wetness till her soul;
She cried her heart out as no one could see the tears
Running from the eyes which had seen a lot of foul!
This is it! She felt,
The breezy droplets were washing away her pain
The wind in her hair had unlocked all her dreams;
The rain was giving her hope that dried could be green again
It was time to forget the past and march forward and keep going!
