Blissful Dreams

In serenity of my mind,

In moments, bent with melancholy,

In burst of outrage or discontentment,

Your thoughts emerge, and enrapture me, lovingly.

You are nowhere around;

Never can it be possible, I know, but

Those thoughts fill me up

With an ethereal bliss, that my eyes show.

Forlorn I feel at times, though

A fear, a lonesomeness, snatches away my peace-

But, O! For your thoughts- the elixir for my entrancement,

Their exuberance never fails to restore the peace.

Blessed am I, to have blissful dreams-

Where, I find my soul unite with yours (in my fancies);

Where, no rules apply, no boundaries restrict,

Where, my desires spread their wings, in secrecy.
