Bite Of Childhood

I tried to coax my life,

To relive my childhood..

No! It said;

Whatever happens, happens for good..

But why can't I take a bite of my childhood again? I urged..

Life said, coz even you should realise;

How your parents went through sacrifice and pain..

I retaliated saying, I need to rectify some of my mistakes..

Life said, forget about past mistakes for God's sake!!

Life explained, Live the moment,

Cherish your memories of the past,

Coz today's moments will be memories tomorrow;

So forget, forgive, be happy and laugh..

Coz when you look back, there should not be any shadow of Sorrow..
