Its path is full of danger and disaster it can cause

Its unchecked advance can make even a judge break laws

There's no doubt that champions ambition can create

But it doesn't take time for the vicious hunger for power to permeate.

Ambitious yet virtuous thanes can murder their master,

Things get worse, and the dark side of man grows even faster.

Healthy ambition can enhance lives,

But its unhealthy form can make innocent people turn to sharpened knives.

If this corrupt power keeps on going

An angel transforms into a demon without its heart knowing.

Henceforth, it's necessary to remain virtuous while following this trait.

Because only those who can control the advance of ambition,

Deserve to be great.
