Afraid

I believe that some people are afraid of being loved

They don't know how to react to such a feeling

They become distant and hurtful because they are afraid

Afraid of falling in love and they hurt the people that love them

They leave unexpectedly and so abruptly

They move on with their lives thinking that they did what they felt was best

But they always forget that they weren't the ones that got hurt

They weren't the ones that lost someone they thought was great

But karma has its way in their lives

And they do end up getting hurt exactly the same way they did to others

They end up losing more than they have expected
