A Purposeful Life
A Purposeful Life
It's said - Almighty blessed us to be born on Earth
Let us ponder if it's really worth.
From birth to death, he thinks for all himself,
He thus loses the purpose of life itself.
Life is like quicksand, it sucks all into itself.
Men are lost in the clouds of worldly desires,
And consumed from within like a smoldering fire.
Their deeds stand apart to tell their stories to hear.
Love and compassion for all those who live on earth,
For sympathy and empathy, there isn't any dearth.
Reach out to the fellow men who are in need
Some help and some love is all that they need.
Be truthful to the people; it makes your relationship fruitful
Hatred and violence is painful,
In His eyes those acts are sinful.
Press forward to uplift the downtrodden
Let's not think they are forbidden.
Men of valor and courage come forward,
It's your nation, take it forward.
All we need is to be messengers of humanity,
To treat the poor and needy with equality.
Only with education and compassion can we thrive
To fulfill the purpose of life, we need to strive.
