A New Beginning

It was time for her Diwali vacation,

She was ready to enjoy without any hesitation.

Why wouldn't she after all it was her birthday the next day,

She was ready and excited to slay.

After sometime she happily slipped into her Dreamland,

She knew her family would make her birthday grand.

The next morning bought her Alot of happiness and love from all,

She was treated like a doll.

The evening bought her more joy,

Because it was her party and she was ready to enjoy.

She received alot of gifts from her family,

She decided to open one gift randomly.

The gift inside made her frown and excited,

Because it had a newly launched book looking at which she was delighted.

Later that night she read the book,

Reading the book she got a shock.

It talked about a girl's journey and it was similar to her,

And she knew it was given by her mother.

The book made her realize that self-love and self-acceptance is very important,

And finally accepting her self she felt content.

She knew her body and colour doesn't matter,

And that made her heart flutter.

The book turned out to be the best book of her life,

And she was all ready to enjoy her real life.

Finally after a long time she was peaceful,

And that made her heart and mind squeal.
