A Drunk Idioticity

A Drunk Idioticity

I drank a shot of beer

To drown away my sorrow.

Then added two glasses,

And cried away my grief.

Then took a flask,

And burnt away my throat.

After the fifth drink

I started craving more and more.

Drink six, drink seven,

The numbers started to increase.

I lost my sense of time and space,

And my five fingers became six.

At last, when all the sadness

Was trapped in empty whiskey bottles,

And I

The person who could command a million, soon

Became a character from a funny cartoon.
